The Whistler Calvados Cask Finish Irish Whiskey is part of a trilogy of sourced whiskeys from Boann Distillery in Drogheda, Co. Meath. Boann started distilling their own spirit in 2019 but has been offering sourced expressions since 2016.  The Whistler range is reportedly named after owner Pat Cooney. In December 2022, Boann released their first distilled Irish Whiskey, a single pot still called Solstice.
