'Sweet Singles' Chocolate & Whiskey Pairing Event - February 2024

Two of the biggest days in February are Valentine's Day and the Super Bowl. The IWSA is adding a 3rd with our Sweet Singles Virtual Tasting Event. Our event has something for everyone: need more of a chocolate fix, single for Valentine's, or needing to fill your Sunday football void a week after the Super Bowl?

On Sunday, Feb 18th at 4pm eastern we will address all three desires with an Irish Whiskey and Chocolate pairing event. We will enjoy three 50ml Knappogue Castle Single Malts along with a variety of different chocolates. What's your favorite Knappogue Single Malt: 12yr, 14yr, or 16yr? Which one goes best with milk chocolate? What about dark chocolate? What if we add salted chocolate and caramel to the mix?
