The Blinker - Irish Whiskey Cocktail
Posted by Irish Whiskey USA on
The Blinker is a classic cocktail perfect for the hot summer months. The original version dates back to 1934. The drink has evolved over the years with a new variation popularized 70 years later in a newly published cocktail book. Traditionalists will opt for the Grenadine recipe while trendy mixologists may prefer the raspberry syrup variety. Either way, The Blinker delivers a refreshingly sweet, tart, spicy, and balanced cocktail to quench your thirst whether poolside or chillin on your deck.
