Irish Black Friday - Irish Whiskey Cocktail

The Irish Black Friday cocktail combines favorite spirits from the Emerald Isle to produce a dark but refreshing drink to wash down your Thanksgiving leftovers. The IWSA version (below) can be altered with alternate stouts or Irish whiskeys depending on how sweet or coffee flavored you prefer. The end result is a cold beverage highlighting coffee, chocolate, caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla flavors without any cream base.
- 1.5 oz Powers Gold Irish Whiskey
- 2.5 oz Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
- 0.5 Muldoon Irish liqueur or Killowen Gloria coffee liqueur
- Squeeze of 1 lemon
- 2 dashes of Chocolate bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine ingredients in shaker with ice

Stir until chilled
- Strain into glass with ice
